Las boletas de calificaciones:
Hemos enviado por correo electrónico las boletas de calificaciones a casa para todos los estudiantes de K-8 a través de nuestro sistema de archivo seguro. Todos los estudiantes de K-5 deben tener puntajes basados en estándares y comentarios de sus maestros. Todos los estudiantes de 6 a 8 deben tener calificaciones con letras para todas las clases, así como comentarios para cualquier clase en la que un estudiante tenga una D o F.
Repeticiones de fotos:

1. Llame a la oficina (no a un maestro) para poner a su estudiante en la lista de recuperación para que sepamos que debemos enviarlo para la repetición. Si no le avisa a la oficina, su estudiante no será enviado a hacer la recuperación.
2. Si compró y recibió su paquete de fotografías, DEBE devolverlas con el estudiante en el momento de volver a tomar las fotografías. Si su estudiante no los trae, no se le permitirá volver a tomar.
3. Si aún no ha comprado, solo necesita llamar a la oficina para ponerlos en la lista.

Juguetes:

Good afternoon, IPA families,
Please find some important reminders below:
Report Cards:
We have emailed home report cards for all K-8 students via our secure file system. All K-5 students should have standards based scores and comments from their teachers. All 6-8 students should have letter grades for all classes as well as comments for any class where a student has a D or F.
Picture Retakes:
Date: Wednesday, November 2nd from 8am-12pm.
If your student was absent on the original Picture Day (September 28th): We will send them to get their school picture taken.
If your student needs a retake because you were not pleased with the first pictures, please see important info below:
1. Call the office (not a teacher) to put your student on the retake list so that we are aware that we need to send them for retakes. If you do not let the office know, your student will not be sent to do retakes.
2. If you purchased and received their picture package, you MUST send them back with the student at the time of picture retakes. If your student does not bring them, they will not be allowed to retake.
3. If you have not purchased yet, you just need to call the office to put them on the list.
**Reminders and more order forms will be sent home in backpacks this week for retakes.
**You can view your student's picture at hrimaging.com to see the proofs. If you are having trouble with the website, you can contact the company directly at 815-433-1869. If you need your student's ID number, please call the main office at 217-351-3995.

Toys:
Toys (stuffed animals, Pokemon cards, action figures, etc.) can be a large distraction to the learning environment. We kindly ask that all students keep their toys at home unless they are invited to bring them to class by their teacher. This will help reduce classroom distractions and disappointments for students.
Halloween:
We do not celebrate at Halloween in our school. Please do not send students with costumes for Halloween.
Attendance Reminder:
Unit #4 and IPA excuses student's for the following reasons. All other reasons will be qualified as unexcused absences.
Excused Absences Include:
- Illnesses and Dr. appointments
- Death in family and funerals
- Religious holidays
- Mental health days
- Family emergencies
